It’s Monday(4)

It’s a short and sweet update.  I think it’s safe to say this will be a rinse and repeat week. Grrrr, not really what I had planned. I really wanted to grow regardless of the fact that it was a holiday but my mind and body just want to rest! So that’s it. Goals remain the same.

PROGRESS: Waist .5, Hips .5, Thigh 1, Arm .5  Total this week 2.5, Total overall: 3.5

 

It’s Monday (3)

Well it’s Monday again and alas I have absolutely no progress to report. I reported last week that I would be having oral surgery. I had that on Tuesday and I can say I did not really start feeling like myself until just Saturday! I got up this morning and I am back in gear! I know it is Christmas week but I am determined not to use the whole week as an excuse for overindulging. That is not to say I will not have tasty treats here and there but I will not use the holidays to over eat and sit around for 2 more weeks.

This weeks goals: (you will notice I am slipping backwards just a bit but I think this is what is realistic this week.)

Activity:  Chris Powell Level 2 first thing in the morning and recording all food and drink intake

Intake:  64 oz of water. I really fell of the boat with this one last week and it really is what I consider to be the most important habit I need to develop in terms of proper nutrition.

So that’s it folks …taking it back to the beginning. Do you have any health goals for the next two weeks of 2015 or are you doing like much of America and waiting to make your new years resolutions?
